Hello Kiwi IRC Team,

I would like to suggest a small feature that could make Kiwi IRC profiles more engaging and visually appealing.

Would it be possible to allow users to set a short animated image, such as a 3–4 second GIF or a short looping animation, instead of using only a static profile picture?

A similar concept is already popular on platforms like Discord, where animated profile images give users more ways to personalize their profiles and express themselves. Even a simple 3–4 second looping animation could make profiles feel more dynamic and modern without significantly changing the overall IRC experience.

For example, users could upload a small GIF or short animation that would automatically loop when displayed as their profile picture. There could also be reasonable file-size and duration limits to keep bandwidth and performance under control.

I believe this could be an appealing customization feature for Kiwi IRC because:

* It would make user profiles more visually interesting.
* Users would have more freedom to personalize their profiles.
* It could give Kiwi IRC a more modern and lively feel while keeping the simplicity of IRC.
* It may make the platform more attractive to newer users who are accustomed to animated profile features on modern chat platforms.
* It could potentially encourage more people to use and stay engaged with Kiwi IRC.

Of course, I understand that there may be technical, performance, bandwidth, or security considerations involved. Even if full GIF support is not ideal, a short looping WebM or similar lightweight format could potentially be considered.

I wanted to share this idea as a feature suggestion because I think it could be a simple but enjoyable addition to Kiwi IRC.
